The company will send business personnel with rich foreign trade experience to connect with customers, provide customers with the best overall solution according to customer needs and actual conditions, and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. The products provided are qualified products that meet the relevant industry standards. The products adopt foreign trade packaging methods suitable for long-distance foreign trade transportation, and the packaging is intact for shipment.
2. It can be transported by the customer-designated freight forwarder or recommended freight forwarding company with higher cost performance.
3. Provide technical personnel business training for purchasers free of charge, including the matters that should be paid attention to, such as popular equipment, software installation, debugging, use and maintenance, until the technicians learn it.
4. During the maintenance period, if there are other transformation needs, I will tell you that we will try our best to assist and complete the transformation work in a timely and safe manner;
5. Keep in touch with the purchaser, communicate the application situation at any time, and provide the purchaser with a solution to the problem by a special person;
6. Regularly understand the progress of the project and the problems that arise, consult the buyer's opinion, and do a good job in the next follow-up work of the system.

Equipment inspection and maintenance tracking service
Our company's after-sales staff will regularly inspect the equipment you purchased, the purpose is to avoid the possibility of failure to the greatest extent.
Our company can provide all-weather service. If the problem cannot be solved by email or telephone, our company will open a live video broadcast to solve the problem.
The support team is at your service during normal business hours (9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday), and at other times, a backup engineer in the service center will assist you with problems.
Hardware troubleshooting time: General failures are repaired within 2 hours, major failures are repaired within half an hour.
Software troubleshooting time:
General failure: rectified within 2 hours after receiving the user's request.
Emergency failure: within 1 hour after receiving the user's request.
Serious failure: Remedy within half an hour after receiving the user's request.
